ORDERING

We are strictly wholesale only to bona fide retail gift shops and furniture shops.

Ordering Terms

All orders must be in writing. Either fax us on 03 5472 2544 or email us on sales@musthaveimports.com.au We are happy to discuss your order with you and assist anyway we can in the preparation of your written order - but we need the order in writing to confirm your requirements.

  • Freight is payable by the customer. We use Fastway for all small parcels to 25kg and have negotiated the best rates available. We endeavour to source the best possible freight costs on furniture or will happily use your own regular freighter if they come through Castlemaine.

Payment Terms

  • First time customers are PRO FORMA for the first three orders and are then able to apply for a 30 day credit account.

  • We do not charge credit card fees for use of your card to settle your account.

  • We always quote our prices GST inclusive - so what we say is what you pay!

Payment Methods

  • Cheques, money orders, direct deposit, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), netbank transfers, EFTPOS - have we forgotten anything? Oh yes! CASH (remember that?)

  • Inactive accounts - If an account remains inactive over 18 months, it will be suspended and the next three orders will revert to pro forma.

  • Business closure or change of ownership. We must be notified immediately and any outstanding monies paid. The new owner will revert to pro forma for the next three orders and will need to complete a credit application form to re-establish the account.

Monthly Statements

  • Statements are forwarded each month on outstanding tax invoices or overdue accounts.

  • Please ensure accounts are paid 30 days from date of invoice otherwise finance charges may apply.

Backorders

  • Supply from China is not always as swift or reliable as we would desire. We therefore will not automatically despatch backorders without your prior consent. This will also give you the opportunity to add to the order and rationalise the freight costs.
